"Rhocky's Bar" was the brainchild of former British Actor/Singer, Allan Love.

Allan, the star of many London West End Musicals, Movies and Rock Bands joined forces with his close friend and bubbling Filipino Beauty, Rhocky  Roquero  (Rhocky’s restobar).

Allan’s involvement in entertainment and accommodation together with Rhocky’s Filipino charm and dance skills soon turned the bar into a nightly stage show (Rhocky’s disco bar). Rhocky and the “Rhockette Girls” together with the crazy crew, put on raunchy dance shows and blow the minds of their customers with free cocktail shots and “Off the Wall” trinkets. Bar in Cebu City.
